Azerbaijan to offer comprehensive medical services in new Aghdam hospital PHOTO
The Aghdam District Central Hospital, which will have 210 beds, is being built in Azerbaijan.
The hospital complex will feature a main four-story building, along with specialized departments for infectious diseases and hemodialysis, a Centre for Hygiene and Epidemiology, a Forensic and Pathological Anatomy Unit, and an Emergency Medical Services station, Caliber.Az reports.
The medical facility will offer a wide range of services, including emergency, therapeutic, cardiological, surgical, trauma, ophthalmological, otolaryngological, pediatric, maternity, gynecological, infectious disease, and anesthesiology-resuscitation departments, as well as cardiovascular surgery and hemodialysis units and an operating block.
The outpatient section will consist of consulting and pediatric clinics, along with departments for radiology, functional diagnostics, physiotherapy, medical rehabilitation, a clinical diagnostic laboratory, and a pharmacy. The hospital will be equipped with the latest medical technologies.
