Azerbaijan to start resettlement in liberated Aghdam in 2025

Resettlement in the liberated city of Aghdam and other districts' villages is scheduled to begin in 2025.

Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture Namig Hummatov said this at a meeting of the working group on urban development held in Aghdam, according to Report.

After the meeting, the working group members visited the residential complex under construction in Aghdam. The representatives of state agencies were informed that the construction works would be completed by late 2023 and six buildings will be built on the territory.

Among the liberated territories, the first to be settled was in Zangilan District's Aghali village.
