Azerbaijan wins five medals at European Open Championships in Georgia

Five Azerbaijani MMA fighters have won medals at the European Open Championships in Georgia’s capital Tbilisi.

Yusif Aliyev, competing in the 56 kg weight category, climbed to the top step of the podium, Report informs on September 29.

Farman Hasanov, competing in the 83 kg weight category, ranked second. Nijat Khankishiyev (56 kg), Tahira Babayeva (61 kg) and Imran Abbasguliyev (70 kg) ranked third.
