Azerbaijani ambassador meets with IEA head to discuss climate change

Azerbaijani Ambassador to Austria and Slovenia, Rovshan Sadigbeyli, met with Fatih Birol, the Executive Director of the International Energy Agency (IEA), in Vienna.

According to Report, the Azerbaijani diplomat shared the news on his social media page on X.

During the meeting, they discussed the activities of the IEA, the diversification of the energy balance, the role of renewable energy sources, and solutions to climate change issues.

The meeting was also attended by Levent Eler, the Turkish Permanent Representative to the UN Vienna Office.
