Azerbaijani navy servicemen take part in "Kurtaran-2023" drills

Azerbaijani Navy servicemen took part in the Kurtaran-2023 search and rescue drills in the Eastern Mediterranean.

Azerbaijani Defence Ministry told Caliber.Az that according to the drills plan, the tasks of searching for the sunken submarine with the help of robots, assessing its condition, as well as rescuing crew members and transferring food and medicine to them through divers were completed.

It should be noted that 37 representatives from 17 countries took part in the international drills.
