Azerbaijani parliamentary delegation pays working visit to Bahrain PHOTO

The Azerbaijani parliamentary delegation headed by Speaker of the parliament Sahiba Gafarova paid a working visit to the capital of the Kingdom of Bahrain - Manama on March 10.

The delegation was welcomed at the Bahrain International Airport by Chairman of the Consultative Council of Bahrain Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh, President of the Bahraini Council of Representatives Ahmed bin Salman Al Musallam, Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Bahrain Shahin Abdullayev and other officials, the Press and PR Department of the Azerbaijani parliament told Azertag.

During the visit, the speaker of the Azerbaijani parliament will take part in the Second Conference of the Parliamentary Network of the Non-Aligned Movement and the 146th Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union, as well as will hold meetings with the heads of delegations of the participating countries and other officials.

Gafarova is expected to deliver a speech at the 146th Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union.
