Azerbaijani PM holds key meetings with Georgian, Turkmen leaders to deepen ties PHOTO
On December 11, Azerbaijani Prime Minister Ali Asadov held high-level meetings with Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze and Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov as part of his working visit to Turkmenistan.
In a meeting with Georgian counterpart, Asadov conveyed the greetings of President Ilham Aliyev to Prime Minister Kobakhidze. In response, Kobakhidze expressed gratitude and asked the PM to convey his greetings to President Aliyev, Caliber.Az reports, citing the Cabinet of Ministers.

The officials reaffirmed their satisfaction with the ongoing development of the Azerbaijani-Georgian strategic partnership, highlighting cooperation across trade and economic sectors, investment, transport and transit, oil and gas, humanitarian projects, green energy, and other areas. They also discussed pressing issues on the agenda of mutually beneficial collaboration between the two nations.
During a meeting with Turkmen leader, Asadov also conveyed President Aliyev’s greetings to President Berdimuhamedov, along with congratulations on the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s permanent neutrality. Berdimuhamedov thanked Asadov and requested that his own greetings be passed on to President Aliyev.
The meetings underscored the high level of political dialogue between Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan and explored prospects for further expanding bilateral cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
