Azerbaijani President turns 61!

President of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Ilham Aliyev is celebrating his birthday on December 24.

The Azerbaijani President turns 61.

Ilham Aliyev was born in Baku on December 24, 1961, in the family of great statesman Heydar Aliyev and outstanding ophthalmologist Zarifa Aliyeva.

Ilham Aliyev was elected President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on October 15, 2003.

The Azerbaijani Army restored the country’s territorial integrity under the skillful leadership of Ilham Aliyev in 2020.
