Azerbaijani referee receives highest international category PHOTO

Nazim Umbayev, a member of the referee committee of the Azerbaijan Judo Federation, has received the highest referee license of category "A".

The International Judo Federation organised an exam for the corresponding category in Madrid, Spain, Report informs, referring to the press service of the federation.

The examination with the participation of 14 coaches was taken by the director of the referee of the International Judo Federation Daniel Florin Lascau and the chairman of the referee committee of the European Judo Union Alexander Yastkevich.

First, the judges passed a theoretical and then a practical exam, managing meetings at the European Open Cup. Umbayev, who passed both theoretical and practical exams with high results, received the highest judicial license of category "A".
