Azerbaijani snipers sharpen skills in comprehensive shooting drills VIDEO

As part of this year's training plan, the snipers of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces conducted practical exercises utilizing sniper rifles.

At the training ground, personnel were briefed on safety protocols before engaging in drills to assume firing positions and prepare their weapons for combat, the Azerbaijani Defence Ministry told Caliber.Az.

Demonstrating high levels of professionalism, the snipers effectively identified and neutralized simulated enemy targets while adhering to aiming protocols.

The primary objective of these exercises is to enhance the servicemen's training and refine their practical shooting skills.

It should be noted that earlier artillery units conducted live-fire tactical exercises.

According to the exercise scenario, units were mobilized from their permanent deployment locations in response to an alarm signal and relocated to designated concentration areas.

Officers communicated their decisions based on the tactical situation, utilizing mapped actions to guide their manoeuvres.

Throughout the exercise, the units navigated various obstacles and executed procedures to establish firing positions, ensuring that combat vehicles and artillery units were fully operational and ready for action.
