Baku: Armenian sabotage groups continue to mine Azerbaijan
Human Rights Commissioner Sabina Aliyeva has said that Armenian sabotage groups continue to mine Azerbaijani territories.
She made the remarks in an interview with journalists as part of her visit to Aghdam along with participants of an international conference in the liberated district on October 21, APA reports.
"The main problem that today hinders the activities of our former internally displaced persons in these territories is the mine problem. Today, Armenian sabotage groups continue the process of mining our territories. We have repeatedly appealed to our international partners, calling for an immediate response to this. Laying mines is a crime, not providing accurate mine maps is a second crime, non-payment of compensation to Azerbaijan is the third crime," Aliyeva said.
Aliyeva added that she and several relevant agencies would inform the international representatives about Armenia's war crimes against Azerbaijan within two days.
"The participants of the international conference are in Aghdam today. Here they get acquainted with the consequences of the atrocities committed by the Armenian Armed Forces, the destruction of our cultural heritage, monuments," the rights commissioner said.
