Baku Court of Appeal hosts OSCE expert for election

Baku Court of Appeal has hosted a meeting with Branislav Solovich, an expert from the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), who is in Azerbaijan to observe the upcoming early elections for the Milli Majlis scheduled for September 1.

The meeting covered various topics related to the judicial handling of electoral disputes, the application of legislation protecting voting rights, and cases involving electoral rights in the courts, Caliber.Az reports per local media.

The OSCE expert's questions and concerns were addressed during the discussion.
