Top Azerbaijani defence, military officials engage with border servicemen on legal awareness Photo
Azerbaijani Deputy Prosecutor General Bahruz Ahmadov and Deputy Defence Minister Hikmat Mirzoyev led a delegation to visit border servicemen, focusing on legal education and servicemen’s rights.
The visit included a series of joint events held across multiple military units, Caliber.Az reports, citing the Azerbaijani Military Prosecutor’s Office.
During the visits, participants held a moment of silence in honour of Azerbaijan’s national leader Heydar Aliyev and the country’s martyrs, followed by the performance of the national anthem. The personnel also received congratulations from the leadership of the General Prosecutor’s Office.
Speakers highlighted Azerbaijan’s significant achievements under the leadership of President and Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev, with special emphasis on the development of a strong and capable military force. The military personnel were able to raise questions and share their experiences. Soldiers and officers also voiced their opinions on living conditions, service duties, and challenges encountered in their posts. As a gesture of appreciation, gifts were presented to servicemen who have demonstrated exemplary service.
