Armenian journalist Gayane Zargaryan has once again revealed the unsightly situation in the Armenian army on her YouTube channel.

After all, there is a complete mess, impunity, and permissiveness in the sphere you are responsible for. You have made ambitious statements that the army is undergoing reforms. But your officers have failed to eradicate criminal manners and criminal elements in the army. You have failed to restore order in the army. Although it is you who are responsible for the safety of our boys, our soldiers. How do you explain that the same situation is repeated in the same military units where the tragic incidents took place? Burglarious concepts and chaos in military units overwhelm the army, and we hear again about disgraceful cases and incidents.

Suren Papikyan, what is the reason for two suicides in August this year in the N military unit, which is stationed in Ararat (Develi - Ed.)? A mess continues to reign there, a few days ago there was a fight between the soldiers. And you say you are on the path of reforms," she said.

The journalist appealed to Papikyan to explain another incident that took place a few days ago in Shamshadin (Mehrab locality - Ed.) military unit.

"You are talking about reforms, but your officers are thinking about their high. I just want to understand how it happens that in this military unit, a company commander in a state of alcoholic intoxication came into the barracks during the time of disembarkation, gave the command 'rise', and insulted soldiers, after which there was a fight. If I am not mistaken, the company commander is now in hospital and the soldier is in the brig in Dilijan.

I have nothing against you, Mr Papikyan, I don't need to criticise you or your sphere because of likes and dislikes. We just follow all this, we see the mess in the army, in the department you are in charge of," said journalist Zargaryan.
