Date of Azerbaijan-Armenia basketball match unveiled

The calendar of matches of the FIBA U18 European Championship 2022, Division C 2022 has been disclosed.

Some 10 teams will compete in two groups at the tournament in San Marino, Italy, according to APA.

The Azerbaijani team will compete in Group B with the teams of Luxembourg, Gibraltar, Armenia and Moldova. Our team will miss the first round and join the competition on July 25.

Our team will first compete with Luxembourg’s athletes, then with Gibraltar’s athletes, and in the fourth round, it will play with Armenia’s rivals. The last opponent of our team in the group round in Serravalle, Italy will be Moldova.

The best two teams from each group will reach the semifinals. The teams of Monaco, Malta, San Marino, Albania and Andorra will compete for reaching the semi-finals in Group A.
