Deputy minister: September battles strengthened Azerbaijani army’s superiority over enemy

Azerbaijani First Deputy Defence Minister, Chief of the General Staff of the Azerbaijani Army, Colonel-General Karim Valiyev has said that the September battles have strengthened the military superiority of the Azerbaijani army over the enemy.

Valiyev made the remarks at an applied sciences conference entitled "Second Karabakh War: a 44-day Chronicle of Victory", Report informs.

"The success achieved during the clashes in 2021 and 2022, including those in September 2022, proved that the reforms in the army building in the post-war period are useful. During the hostilities, the Azerbaijani army dealt a big blow to the Armenia military infrastructure, further increasing its military superiority", the chief of the General Staff added.
