EuroLeague postpones two Games amid Middle East crisis
03 March 2026 01:18
The EuroLeague has postponed two Round 30 regular-season games due to the situation in the Middle East.
According to the league’s official website, the matches between Israel’s Maccabi Tel Aviv and Hapoel Tel Aviv, as well as Serbia’s Partizan Belgrade and Dubai Basketball Club, originally scheduled for 5 March, have been postponed to a later date “due to the current situation in the region and the resulting inability to travel following the temporary closure of the airspace.”
The postponements follow the US and Israeli military operation against Iran, which began on 28 February.
