Final eight set for 2026 FIFA World Cup

The quarter-final line-up for the 2026 FIFA World Cup has been confirmed following the completion of the round of 16, with France set to face Morocco and England taking on Norway RBC reports.

The quarter-final fixtures are scheduled as follows:

• July 10: France v Morocco (0000 GMT), Spain v Belgium (2300 GMT)
• July 12: Norway v England (0100 GMT), Argentina v Switzerland (0500 GMT)

The semi-finals will be played on 14 and 15 July. The third-place play-off is scheduled for 18 July in Miami, while the final will take place on 19 July in New York.

The 2026 tournament is the first FIFA World Cup to feature 48 teams and is being jointly hosted by the United States, Canada and Mexico.
