FM Lavrov accuses collective West of plundering developing countries as during colonial times

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that Western countries exert unprecedented pressure on developing countries, continuing to plunder them as was the case in colonial times.

As Gazeta.Ru reported, he said this during talks in Angola with President Juan Lawrence.

"As President Vladimir Putin has repeatedly stressed, the West acts by the same colonial methods that it used to exploit developing continents and that it now continues to use to pillage foreign countries, and also to use resources of global importance in their own interests", the Russian Minister stated.
