In the lead-up to the Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix, Baku Crystal Hall hosted a memorable concert featuring Hollywood star and musician Will Smith.

Smith's performance evoked nostalgia with his popular 90s hits, blending his dynamic stage presence with modern effects to create a unique atmosphere, Caliber.Az reports via local media.

The evening’s entertainment continued with a set by DJ Black Coffee, a Grammy Award-winning electronic music artist. His high-energy performance and distinctive style left the audience exhilarated and highlighted the night’s vibrant rhythm.

The Azerbaijan Grand Prix, taking place from September 13-15, 2024, is being held at the Baku City Circuit. Since its inaugural event in 2017, this Formula 1 race has been a staple in Baku, and it is scheduled to continue at this venue until at least 2026.

Baku City Circuit Operations Company anticipates record-breaking global viewership for this year's race. The event is being covered by approximately 300 journalists, including around 200 from international media outlets such as Sky Sports, Motorsport, Canal+, Netflix, and The Sun.

As usual, the Azerbaijan Grand Prix is complemented by performances from renowned global artists, adding to the excitement and appeal of the weekend.
