World Cup Golden Boot race takes shape as experts reveal favorites

Experts have identified France’s forward Kylian Mbappé as the leading contender to finish as the top scorer at the FIFA World Cup.

Mbappé tops the list of favorites with seven goals to his name and odds of 1.65 to win the Golden Boot, Caliber.Az reports per foreign media.

Argentina captain Lionel Messi ranks second, also with seven goals, but with odds of 2.50.

England striker Harry Kane completes the top three favorites. Kane has scored five goals so far, with his chances of claiming the tournament’s top scorer award rated at 10.00.
