"Hraparak": Armenian PM plans to change half of the Cabinet
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is going to change several ministers, Yerevan-based "Hraparak" newspaper writes.
"Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is going to change 5-6 ministers. One of the first on the list is Social Welfare Minister Narek Mkrtchyan, who is the godfather of Defence Minister Suren Papikyan," the newspaper noted, according to Caliber.Az.
Apart from the fact that the reason is the clamorous revelations in this sphere, there are also other factors. One of these factors is the actions of a deputy from the ruling Civil Contract party, Heriknaz Tigranyan, who is "digging a hole" for Mkrtchyan, with the hope of replacing him in office. However, the Armenian government says that Pashinyan is inclined to appoint another person, one of his 'favourites', Gevorg Papoyan, who is one of the vice-chairmen of the Civil Contract party," the newspaper said.
