Ibrahimović to extend contract with AC Milan

Swedish striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic has agreed to extend his contract with the Italian AC Milan football club.

“Zlatan Ibrahimović, set to sign a new contract with AC Milan in the next days. New deal will be valid until June 2023, salary around €1/1.5m net guaranteed plus add-ons depending on his performances,” renowned insider Fabrizio Romano wrote on July 17.

Meanwhile, the 40-year-old striker scored eight goals and made three assists in 23 Serie A matches in the 2021/2022 season.
