Kharibulbul international music festival underway in Shusha PHOTO
The international music festival "Kharibulbul" organized by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and the Azerbaijani Ministry of Culture has started in the cultural capital of Azerbaijan, Shusha.
A presentation of plays, samples of creativity and the national cuisine of the participating countries was held in the morning, according to APA.
The corners with the themes "Flag", "Heroism", "Karabakh Majlis", "Poetry", "Dede Gorgud", "Dervishes", and "Molla Nasreddin" were created in different places of the city during the Festival. Various artistic presentations and performances are shown here.
Concert programs, exhibitions and film screenings are also planned in front of the monument of Uzeyir Hajibeyli, the House Museum of Byulbyul and other places in the city as part of the events, which will be held at Jidir Duzu.
Note that Shusha was also declared by the International Organization of Turkic Culture (TURKSOY) as the cultural capital of the Turkic world in 2023.
Creative groups from TURKSOY member countries, Turkic-speaking states and regional countries take part in the current edition of the "Kharibulbul" International Music Festival.
At the International Music Festival "Kharibulbul", which will be held on May 9-11 in the city of Shusha, along with Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Hungary, the Autonomous Territorial Unit of Gagauzia of the Republic of Moldova (Gagauz Land), Uzbekistan and the Autonomous Republic of Karakalpakstan of Uzbekistan, the Altai Republic, Khakassia, Sakha (Yakutia), Tatarstan and Tyva of the Russian Federation, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Türkiye, Turkmenistan.
