Memories of Khojaly genocide victims honoured at OSCE PA session

A joint meeting of the committees within the framework of the winter session of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Parliamentary Assembly was held on February 24 in Vienna, the capital of Austria.

According to Azertag, the head of the Azerbaijani delegation, Azay Guliyev, who spoke at the meeting, said this year the Azerbaijani people mark the 31st anniversary of the Khojaly genocide.

Guliyev, who honoured the memory of the victims of the Khojaly massacre, brought to the attention of the meeting participants that on February 26, 1992, the Armed Forces of Armenia brutally massacred 613 innocent Azerbaijanis in one night.
