MEP condemns European Parliament's biased stance on Azerbaijan

Member of the European Parliament Committee on Transport and Tourism Tomas Petr Poreba has said that the European Parliament's position containing bias and double standards towards Azerbaijan is unfair and illogical.

He said this at a meeting with Chairman of the Azerbaijani Parliament's Committee on International Relations and Interparliamentary Ties Samad Seyidov, Caliber.Az reports.

Poreba noted that the emerging issues should not be solved through pressure, but only through cooperation and equal dialogue.

The MEP stressed that Azerbaijan was a reliable partner of the EU and emphasised the importance of continuing this cooperation.
