Opposition factions poised to initiate impeachment proceedings against Pashinyan

The leader of the Tavush for Motherland movement, revanchist Archbishop Bagrat Galstanyan, disclosed at a rally in front of the Armenian government building that the parliament's opposition factions “I Have Honor” and “Armenia” have expressed readiness to start impeachment proceedings against Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, TASS reports.

Galstanyan emphasized that the three parliamentary factions serve as the legal avenue for a vote of no confidence. He said with satisfaction that two factions affirmed their willingness to initiate impeachment proceedings against Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
