Over half of Slovak residents oppose military aid to Ukraine Eurobarometer survey

As much as 60 per cent of Slovak residents oppose rendering military assistance to Ukraine, a Eurobarometer survey shows.

Sixty per cent of Slovak residents oppose rendering military assistance to Ukraine, Lenta.ru reports citing a Eurobarometer survey.

“Some 34 per cent of Slovaks stood for military assistance, which is three per cent less than in spring,” according to teraz.sk.

The journalists pointed out that residents of countries neighbouring Slovakia stand for financing and arms supplies to Ukraine.

The Slovak-based Research Agency MNFORCE collected data in Slovakia from October 23 to November 10, 2023. Some 1,006 respondents took part in it.
