Peacekeepers’ activity must be more effective Armenian PM during meeting with Russian president
Russia plays a key role in ensuring security in the South Caucasus, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said at a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin on April 19, Caliber.Az reports referring to the Armenian media.
Pashinyan stressed Putin's role in the ceasefire and military operations in Karabakh, as well as the importance of the Russian peacekeeping mission.
The Armenian prime minister stressed that the activity of peacekeepers must be more effective.
Pashinyan also stressed that relations between Yerevan and Moscow are at a high level, and this dynamic must be maintained.
“We really constantly talk, we meet very often, we hold the phone talks,” the Armenian prime minister said. “The agenda of bilateral relations is very big, starting from the economy and ending with culture, education.”
