President Putin discusses OPEC+ relations with Crown Prince Al Saud

Russian President Vladimir Putin held a phone conversation with Saudi Arabia's Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud and discussed the development of relations between the two countries, especially the interaction between Moscow and Riyadh within the OPEC+ framework.

According to Lenta.Ru, the news of this interaction was published on the official website of the press service of the Russian leader.

"The issues of further development of bilateral cooperation in the political, trade, economic and energy fields, as well as interaction within the framework of OPEC+ to ensure the stability of the world oil market have been discussed", the statement read.

Earlier, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that Russian President Vladimir Putin’s schedule currently has no confirmed talks with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz. "So far there are no confirmed conversations in the schedule", said the press secretary, stressing, that President Putin is still open to such contacts.
