PSG ready to sell Neymar for $52,6 million
PSG striker Neymar has been offered to Barcelona.
"The Catalan club was offered to sign the striker for $52,6 million," journalist Jose Alvarez reported on El Chiringuito TV.
"This is not the final price - bargaining is possible.
Barcelona received calls from intermediaries from PSG. Pini Zahavi, who has a wonderful relationship with Catalan club president Joan Laporta, is one of them. It is Zahavi who brings Robert Lewandowski to the blaugrana," Jose Alvarez said.
"Barça have been told that Neymar can be signed this season for $52,6 million and this amount can still be discussed.
They were told that there would be no problems in the negotiations. Neymar would be happy to return. This is the only club where he is ready to leave PSG. He has been offered to Barça several times already, he noted.
Barcelona is not currently considering this option as they are focused on the transfer of Lewandowski, but knowing Laporta and his good relations with Pini and Neymar, it is possible that Neymar will be entrusted with the role of project leader,” Alvarez said.
Earlier it was reported that both the Qatari project managers and the new PSG football adviser Luis Campos do not count on the Brazilian.
The 30-year-old scored 13 goals and provided 8 assists in 28 games for PSG in all competitions last season, Alvarez added.
