Qarabağ FK outshines FC Zurich to book next UEFA CL qualifying round ticket

Many believed Azerbaijani Qarabağ FK’s victory in the first game on July 19 was a sensation and predicted Zurich’s victory in a home game in the second leg of the UEFA Champions League second qualifying round on July 27.

But that did not happen as Qarabağ FK outclassed the Swiss champions despite the latter taking the lead twice in the game, Caliber.Az informs. But the Azerbaijani champions managed to rebound and snatched a draw, which made it through to the next qualifying round of the tournament.

Kadi Borges and Kvabena Ovusu scored the goals for the Azerbaijani side in the 56^th and 98^th minutes respectively.
