Some 73.1 per cent of the Azerbaijanis supports the peace treaty with Armenia.

The vast majority of participants in the survey conducted by the Centre for Social Research have a positive attitude towards the signing of a peace treaty, Azertag reports.

It should be noted that compared to the results of the survey conducted in September (71.2 per cent), there was a relative increase in the number of those who expressed their support for the signing of a peace treaty between Azerbaijan and Armenia. Despite the peaceful position of Azerbaijani society, the Armenian population, which presents itself to the international community as the initiator of peace and stability, is not a supporter of peace.
