02 September 2024 14:18
An agreement on the supply of Turkish drones to Egypt is expected to be signed during Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi's visit to Ankara on September 4.
During his first official visit to Türkiye, El-Sisi will participate in a high-level strategic cooperation council meeting to discuss increasing bilateral trade turnover from $10 billion to $15 billion annually, Caliber.Az reports, citing Turkish media.
A key focus of the discussions between El-Sisi and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will be the resolution of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. The leaders will also address the situation in the Eastern Mediterranean, Libya, and other regional issues.
