“We are working on integrating our GÖKDOĞAN, BOZDOĞAN, and GÖKHAN air-to-air missiles, as well as the SOM-J cruise missile, into the internal bays of our national combat aircraft KAAN,” he said.

Speaking about Türkiye’s advancements in missile and defence technologies, the minister added: “With KIZILELMA and ANKA-3, we will be among the few countries enabling unmanned aerial vehicles to engage in air combat.“
He said that they continue test launches of the TAYFUN ballistic missile and are developing a missile with a range of 2,000 kilometres.

“We will accelerate efforts to build capabilities in technologies that will shape future battlefields, such as lasers, electromagnetic weapons, autonomous and swarm systems, cybersecurity, space, hypersonic and quantum technologies. We will raise our deterrence to the highest level,” Kacır concluded.
