Türkiye promises to kill all terrorists in Iraq, Syria

The Turkish presidential administration has made a statement on Türkiye’s fight against extremists.

“Türkiye has promised to continue fighting against extremists from the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) until all terrorists in Iraq and Syria are killed,” Lenta.ru reports, citing the statement.

“Some 45 terrorists were killed, 36 of them in northern Iraq while nine terrorists in northern Syria during the operations launched after the attack [by PKK supporters on the Turkish military]. This fight will continue until all terrorists in Iraq and Syria are killed. Türkiye will never allow a terrorist state to be created on its southern borders,” the statement said.

The Turkish authorities noted that Türkiye is determined to finally eliminate any terrorist threat. For this purpose, it is ready to destroy camps, shelters and groups of opponents.
