Türkiye remain indifferent to US-Armenia military drills - defence minister

“We did not attach importance to joint exercises between the United States and Armenia.”

Report informs, Turkish Minister of National Defense Yasar Güler told the Turkish newspaper Milliyet.

However, according to him, the participation of even 25 US troops in the exercises could be perceived incorrectly in the current tension, so it would be better for the parties to act more carefully.

The joint American-Armenian military exercises took place on the territory of Armenia on September 11-20.
