TURKPA to facilitate residence permit procedures for its members

The Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic States (TURKPA) will simplify procedure for granting residence permits in its member states.

The issue has been included in the agenda of the 11th meeting of the TURKPA Commission on Legal Affairs and International Relations taking place in Baku, Report informs.

The meeting will feature discussions on the issue of drafting a model law, "On facilitation of residence permits in TURKPA member states."

The Commission on Legal Affairs and International Relations is one of the four permanent commissions of the TURKPA. The agenda of the Commission covers the issues of common interest among the member states in legal and international cooperation fields.
