YouTube star offered to fight UFC veteran
Former boxer and world champion in six weight categories Oscar de la Hoya has chosen a new opponent for the US video blogger Jake Paul.
He posted a post with a proposal for a duel on Twitter, according to Lenta.Ru.
De la Hoya offered the YouTube star a fight with Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) veteran Nate Diaz when he retires from the promotion.
“It will be a huge fight,” the boxer concluded.
Paul is known for a series of boxing fights with professional fighters. In particular, he defeated Ben Askren and twice - over Tyron Woodley. Both have previously competed in the UFC.
Diaz has 20 wins and 13 losses in mixed martial arts (MMA). The American is known for his fights with Conor McGregor. He will fight with the Swede Khamzat Chimaev at the UFC 279 tournament in Las Vegas on September 10.
