Zelenskyy downplays role of Iranian drones in helping Russia on battlefields

Iran-made "Shaheed" drones or any other weapon with the same natural name for the "Russian world" will not help Russia win the war.

The remarks came from Ukraine's President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy on October 5, according to RBC-Ukraine.

He explained why Russia has to hide even the name of the weapon it uses at the front.

“You have to explain to your society why this war is needed, deceitful mobilization and destruction of the prospects of your people. When people feel right and are on their own land, they themselves know everything,” the president said.

He recalled the night attack of Iranian kamikaze drones in Bila Tserkva city.

“Even if you find some other weapon somewhere else in the world with the same natural name for your Russian world, like these Iranian “Shaheeds” with which you are trying to bomb our cities, such as Bila Tserkva, it still will not help you,” Zelenskyy said.

According to him, more and more Russians are realizing that they must die simply because one person does not want to end the war.
