Azerbaijani athlete wins bronze at European Open Championships

Member of the national powerlifting team of the Azerbaijani National Paralympic Committee Leyla Karimova won a bronze medal at the European Open Championships in Tbilisi, Georgia from September 24 to 29.

Karimova’s best result is 74 kilograms, the committee told Oxu.Az.

The total maximum weight was 201 kilograms and it was the second best result among athletes.
