Russia plans to host 2028 World Nomad Games in Kazan

Russia plans to host the next World Nomad Games in 2028 in Kazan, Kremlin aide Yuri Ushakov told reporters, according to Interfax.

“We intend to hold the next (World) Nomad Games in 2028, that is, in two years, in Kazan.

This will be announced at the SCO summit, in particular,” Ushakov said.

The World Nomad Games were first held in Kyrgyzstan in 2014. The 2026 edition is scheduled to take place in Kyrgyzstan from August 31 to September 6.
