US pundit: Azerbaijan so much more civilized, accepting of society

A US political expert, Hamdi Rifai, has criticized the inhuman treatment of the French police against its citizens, and called Azerbaijan "much more civilized" rather France.
"Imagine if Azerbaijan treated its citizens the way France treats its citizens. Thank god Azerbaijan is so much more civilized and accepting of a society," Rifai wrote on his Twitter account on March 25, according to Caliber.Az.
