Azerbaijan exports 22 billion cubic meters of gas to Europe

Some 22 billion cubic metres of gas has been delivered to Europe since the Trans-Anatolian and Trans-Adriatic pipelines were put into operation.

The Azerbaijani Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov said this at a meeting of Energy Ministers of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) in the Hungarian capital of Budapest, APA reports.

According to him, 20.9 million cubic metres of Azerbaijani gas has been transported to Türkiye and 22 billion cubic metres to Europe since the TANAP and TAP pipelines were put into operation.

It was also noted that 10.2 billion cubic metres of natural gas will be delivered to Türkiye and about 12 billion cubic metres to Europe.
