Azerbaijani police seize large consignment of ammunition in Karabakh PHOTO/VIDEO

Officers of the Gubadli District Police Department have found and seized dozens of hand grenades and a large number of cartridges of various calibres in the District’s Gayali village.

"During the next raid, a grenade launcher, 44 hand grenades and a large number of cartridges of various calibres were found and seized in the village of Gayaly," the Interior Ministry's press service told Caliber.Az.

According to the Ministry, employees of the Gubadli District Police Department regularly conduct raids on battlefields, inspect trenches and fortifications of the enemy, as well as settlements.

The work on the detection and seizure of weapons and ammunition abandoned by Armenian armed forces during the Patriotic War in Azerbaijan’s liberated territories continues.
