Ambassador: Azerbaijan, Japan actively working on green energy projects

Azerbaijan and Japan are actively working on a number of joint projects in the field of "green energy", Japanese Ambassador to Azerbaijan Junichi Wada told Report at an event dedicated to Japanese culture.

"For 30 years Azerbaijan and Japan have established excellent diplomatic relations in both political and economic spheres," he said.

According to the ambassador, until recently the relations between the two countries developed more in the oil and gas sphere, but now more attention is paid to the sphere of "green energy", agriculture, logistics, etc.

Wada also emphasised that today's event will contribute to the deepening of cultural cooperation between the two countries.
