Azerbaijan, Egypt expand environmental cooperation

Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan Mukhtar Babayev met with the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Egypt to Azerbaijan Nagi Abdel Hamid on September 19.

Irada Ibragimova, head of the press service of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, told Caliber.Az that issues of bilateral cooperation between the two countries in protecting the environment and biological diversity were discussed at the meeting.

Other topical issues of mutual interest were also on the agenda.
