Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan explore expanded cooperation in mining projects

President of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) Rovshan Najaf has met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan to our country Alim Bayel, SOCAR told Report.

They expressed satisfaction with the successful cooperation between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan across various sectors, including energy. In this context, they highlighted the dynamically developing relationships between SOCAR and Kazakh companies.

During the meeting, both sides discussed the current state of cooperation between SOCAR and KazMunayGas, the transit of Kazakh oil through Azerbaijan, potential collaboration in production projects, and other mutual interests.
