Azerbaijan preparing general plans for restoration in 14 liberated districts

Deputy Chairman of the Azerbaijani State Committee of Urban Planning and Architecture Ilgar Isbatov has said that general plans for the restoration of the liberated territories in 14 Azerbaijani districts are being prepared.

Isbatov made the remarks during a scientific and practical conference dedicated to Azerbaijan's victory in the 44-day second Karabakh war on November 4, Trend reports.

The deputy chairman noted that during the occupation, Armenian vandals damaged 13,197 hectares of forests, 7,000 public facilities, 693 schools, 927 libraries and hundreds of other facilities.

"The State Committee continues collecting information about the destruction that Armenia has caused during the period of occupation," he said.
