Azerbaijan presents English-language version of book about second Karabakh war victory PHOTO

The book "The history of Patriotic War - Personality Factor" dedicated to the victory in the Patriotic War has been widely presented at the Modern Educational Complex named after Azerbaijan's national leader Heydar Aliyev.

Director of the complex Aygun Mikayilova, teachers and students of the complex, head of a department in Baku’s executive power Elmin Imanov, employees of Baku’s executive power, veterans of the Patriotic War attended the event, according to Caliber.Az.

The book was published in the Azerbaijani language in September 2021 and in the Russian language in June 2022.

A decision was made to publish the book in the Russian, Turkish and English languages to bring the book to the international community.

The book was prepared by a team of authors, consisting of representatives of the Baku mayor's office and the Institute of History of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences.

It contains articles by Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, the Defence Ministry, MPs, political figures, etc.

The book will be sent to libraries and higher and secondary educational institutions. It reflects the history of the great victory of the Azerbaijani people in the Patriotic War in the autumn of 2020.
